LIMITATIONS AND ALTERNATIVES
Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations, and potential solutions. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed below. Known limitations for Muse:
Gallery and food images: Uploaded images may not have text alternatives or descriptions because the platform does not immediately update the provided text alternatives or descriptions. We will consistently monitor for new changes. Typically, text alternatives or descriptions are fully published within 2 business days. Please contact us, so we are aware of this situation.
Website platform: Currently, Muse is utilizing Squarespace to host their website. Certain elements and blocks may or may not be fully compliant. However, we are implementing workarounds. Please be patient with us as these features will gradually be pushed out.
Online ordering platform: Muse is currently using a Third Party service to take and receive online orders. The desktop version may or may not be completely compliant because we cannot control the nature and development environment of this Third Party service. We are currently working with them to provide a better experience for all of our customers. The mobile version is WCAG 2.0 compliant. We advise our customers to contact us directly if you wish to order food or browse our website menu catalogue.
